The Detroit Green Map is run by a committed group of pro-bono professionals working together to show where the green economy exists in Detroit.
Mission
The Detroit Green Map connects the public to local businesses and non-profits that demonstrate a commitment to environmental sustainability and social equality. We believe that increased communication about how to visit and support these organizations can help establish Detroit as a premier example of the Green Economy.
Programs
The site hosts a map that shows businesses, non-profits and other organizations that are part of the green and sustainable economy of Detroit. The site also shows a self guided solar energy tour within Detroit.
Impact
Connecting Detroiters, Michiganders and tourists to the green economy of Detroit, thereby helping the green economy grow for a more sustainable future for all.
