    Higher Education Association Sustainability Consortium

Help students move from just worrying about climate change to working on solutions by eliminating bad governmental energy policies. Use our higher education networks and our social media to disseminate this initiative, designed by national higher education networks and energy experts. Connect students to an inspiring video and steps they can take at the state and federal level to inform politicians and support affordable renewable energies and energy efficiency for all.

    Please read more below . . .

    Overview of the Project Opportunity

Be part of a national initiative designed to help move the country from polluting fossil fuels to clean and affordable energy and more energy efficiency

    The Problem this Project Addresses

This initiative was created to help students and educators move beyond the doom and gloom of climate change. Too many students end up worried or despairing over the negative outcomes from climate change and don't understand how they can help get rid of bad energy policies that produce more pollution, more energy poverty, and more climate change.

    The Impact of this Project

The technology and the cost-effectiveness of renewable energies for our country's electricity already exists. This initiative solves the "too many bad energy policies" problem still facing this country.

Region or Country Benefited by this Project

The United States will gain more affordable and clean energy and the whole world will suffer less from climate instability and energy poverty.
