Help reduce the barriers to a green and sustainable economy. Work on policy and civic engagement, skill building for workers and business owners, educating consumers and investors and more! You can work on the Detroit solutions or help export what we have learned to other communities.
Overview of the Project Opportunity
You will work closely with the Convener of the Green Skills Alliance. Your skills and interests will help you choose which part of the Green Skills Alliance you want to contribute to. A variety of tasks are available, from writing and publications to outreach and social media as well as facilitation of Solutions Teams.
The Problem this Project Addresses
Businesses and non-profits want to grow the green and sustainable economy but are all too busy to address their shared barriers related to policy, skills development, workforce connections and consumer education.
The Impact of this Project
The Green Skills Alliance is able to help organizations work together to more effective identify and remove the barriers to building a more sustainable economy for all.
